Joshua Turner – Legal Assistant
Joshua “Josh” Turner is the Legal Assistant for Rebecca W. Geyer & Associates P.C. Josh graduated from the Paralegal Studies Program at Ivy Tech Community College. Josh is the first voice clients hear when they contact our office, and he assists clients with scheduling and case management in a friendly and empathetic manner. Josh also provides support to the firm’s attorneys on estate planning and estate administration matters.
In addition to enthusiastically serving our client’s needs, Joshua sits on the Johnson County Council as an at-large Councilman. Elected in 2016, Josh, along with his six other council members, constructs, budgets, and implements effective fiscal policy in one of the largest growing communities in Central Indiana.
Joshua also has a passion for his communities. Prior to his entry into the legal field, Josh worked to expand public interest in the liberal arts in his time on the board for the former Southside Community Theater, Center Stage Productions, and in his six years of service to the Johnson County Public Library System.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys lively conversation in subjects of film, theater, and politics with his friends and family.

Dara M. Hensel – Estate Planning Paralegal
Dara Hensel is the Estate Planning Paralegal for Rebecca W. Geyer & Associates P.C.. Dara meets with clients to sign and execute estate planning documentation, and assists with trust funding. Dara has worked as an estate planning paralegal since 2010 and enjoys making a difference in the lives of families and providing them peace of mind. Dara graduated from Purdue University, majoring in Public Relations and Rhetorical Advocacy. She minored in Sociology.

The cost of legal services is a concern for every client. At Rebecca W. Geyer & Associates P.C., we will make every effort to minimize costs and whenever possible, offer legal guidance at a fixed fee. In some cases, it may be impossible to determine a fixed fee on advance, and other financial arrangements must be made. Fees charged are based on several factors, including the estimated time requires to complete the necessary work, the overall complexity of the legal questions involved, and the experience of the attorneys providing the services.
Rebecca W. Geyer & Associates P.C. accepts payments made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard , Discover, and American Express. Under certain circumstances, the firm will also enter into payment plan arrangements and/or bi-weekly billing to assist clients.
