Jude P. Byanski is an attorney at Rebecca W. Geyer & Associates, PC, where he focuses on the practice areas of estate planning, elder law, estate and trust administrations, and business law. He has practiced law in the Indianapolis area for over a decade. Jude, who grew up in Fort Wayne, completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University with a major in Criminal Justice, and then he attended the University of Dayton School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2006. He is licensed to practice law in Indiana and in Ohio.
Jude is a current Board Member and Officer for the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis. He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association (including the Probate, Trust and Real Property Section), the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association. Jude has had the opportunity to present on Estate Planning and related topics on numerous occasions in the community and to specific professional groups.
Jude is a member of the Broad Ripple Kiwanis Club and the Riley Children’s Foundation Professional Advisors Council. He served in the past as an adult literacy tutor for Indy Reads and has participated in many past charitable walks in Indianapolis for the ALS Foundation. Jude resides in Indianapolis with his wife, Sarah, their son, and their two dogs. He enjoys time at home with his family, catching up with friends, attending sporting events, watching movies, and listening to a wide variety of music.
